Carbon Capturing Glass at University of Texas Arlington

We were treated to a scientific “glass pour” yesterday afternoon. A UTA graduate student, Kumaran, is developing a glass that they hope will absorb carbon dioxide from our atmosphere. He is pouring the glass into water creating smaller fragments of glass to grind and analyze.
